Who We Are
DAFBL is a non-profit charitable organization that seeks to find and provide technology that will help disabled Americans to live a more comfortable and easier life.
As a parent of a disabled child, I know all to well how difficult it can be for a disabled person to just everyday tasks like cleaning, bathing, cooking, etc. It takes them more time and energy than able-bodied people. Because of this it can make being independant more difficult as well, which leads to them depending on family and friends to help them out. We at DAFBL know that there are existing and new technologies out there that can make the lives of both disabled people and their caretakers much easier! Unfortunately many disabled people and caretakers cannot afford these amenities, so we want to help them out with that!
